Benten is the Japanese goddess of love, beauty, eloquence, wisdom, arts and music, knowledge, good fortune, and water. She is also called Benzai-ten. Her backstory is that she was married to a wicked dragon and reformed him.

Her lacquer is named Benten and the Dragon. It is a vivid hot pink shimmerella with pink holographic microglitter accents. As you can see from swatches, it can be built to opacity in two or three coats or used for layering. The pink you see comes from shimmer—no dyes or pigments were added.

Ognyena Maria is a Slavic fire goddess who assists and counsels the Thunder God Perun. Her festival is celebrated on July 17th. And her lacquer, Hearts Afire with Ognyena Maria, is a warm red shimmerella with pink, red and orange shimmer as well as assorted holographic microglitter accents.

Quan Yin is known in many Eastern countries as a goddess of mercy and compassion. Her lacquer is named Petals for Quan Yin. It is a holographic lavender shimmerella with assorted holographic microglitter and multicoloured microflake accents as well as a pink lilac glow. Bottles have assorted names—Kuan Yin, Kwan Yin, Guanyin, Quan Yin and Guanyin.

Rhiannon, the Fairy Queen is our next Goddess. Her lacquer is a complex and delicate white holographic with pastel flakes and shifty multishimmer. The effect is ethereal and especially beautiful when left translucent.

Roses for Lakshmi

It is thermochromic holographic cool rose blush microglitter with small tonal accents, lavender-blue shimmer and a subtle rose fragrance. Depending on application, opacity can be achieved in two coats. The colour shifts from light rose when warm to medium rose when cold.
